never again ..
“\ntrue professionalism shows through customer service .. it is here where JerriBobs fails miserably .. \n\nI called recently inquiring why a package I sent, thru JerriBobs, to Canada, was returned to my home .. I was understandably upset and the older male (owner?) who answered told me my package was still in Miami not at my home .. after realizing that his rude behavior and attempt to be a bully wasn't working he passed me to a female employee who asked for a picture of the package via email and assured me she would call the next day .. noon the following day I called and the same rude older male stated that it was her day off and I would have to wait for her to return .. I write this five days later with no call from JerriBobs .. as a business owner I would want to know where and why we failed a customer, what to do to fix this situation and how to avoid similar failures .. JerriBobs not only wasted a 10 days of my time they charged me 80% more than the USPS for the pleasure .. save the headache & money, go to the post office .. their employees are far more personable ” -

VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS
“I will NEVER, EVER USE Jerri Bob's again ! I sent out a package through their service and THEY put the WRONG TOWN and DID not match with the Zip Code, hence returned to me. Call them and to let them know and find out what to do, the girl handed me over to man (while phone was down) heard him day I doubt it, they put the wrong address, so when he got on the phone, I told him are you saying I'm lying ? he said what's the problem rudely, I explained again and he says to me so what do you want me to do ? I said, I don't know, I paid for a service and YOU people put the WRONG town (a gift for my Sister and I DO know her address). VERY NASTY and RUDELY says to me Bring it back and we'll reship it ! I hung and told him I'd never use their service again, I had used their service in the past many times, NEVER AGAIN. I suspect that was the NASTY owner Named Henry ! What a way to treat customers ! I will let EVERYONE I know about this incident and tell the SCHOOLS as well !”
